One of the children whose life was touched by this mission mandate is 6-year-old Francis Apev.

A child who needed help-a mission that responded

Francis was brought to RCN Mission Hospital severely ill running persistent fever, dangerously pale, swollen in multiple areas, vomiting, and too weak to stand. His father, Mr. Jacob Apev, had just been released from prison after a period of repentance and transformation, and the family had no financial means to seek help.

Yet through our free weekly clinic at the Benue State Corrections Center, Mr. Apev encountered RCN Medical Missions. When his child fell sick, he knew exactly where to run.

And because of the generosity of mission partners like you, we were able to respond.

Francis received:

• Emergency admission
• Medications, oxygen, and blood transfusion
• Specialist review
• Diagnostic investigations
• Full stabilization
• Referral to BSUTH with transportation and support
• A ₦50,000 medical assistance grant to help continue his care
