RCN MEDICAL MISSIONS REPORTING Monthly Free Antenatal Clinic for Pregnant Women in the IDP Mega Camp (NOVEMBER EDITION) With Deworming Campaign for Children Specially graced with the presence of the UVOL Team (USA) 12th November, 2025 1. Background / Team RCN Missions’ Hospital (commissioned 2024) continues its mandate of providing affordable, accessible and high-quality healthcare through: • AromeCare (Medical Outreaches) • DinnaCare (Women & Children Support) • DOCcare (Community Health Interventions) 2. Free Monthly ANC Programme + Deworming This outreach edition included both antenatal services and a full deworming campaign for children in the camp. It was conducted in partnership with the United Vessels of Love Foundation (UVOL), USA. 3. Activities Pre-visit: Approval obtained from BSEMA and collaboration sealed with camp management. Visit: Fourth monthly ANC held on 12 November 2025. Post-visit: Cases requiring referral and follow-up were documented and handed over. 4. Beneficiaries • Pregnant women in the IDP Mega Camp • Children resident in the camp (free deworming) • Other adults requiring immediate care 5. Aims / Goals To reduce maternal, fetal and neonatal mortality, while also improving childhood health outcomes through deworming and health education. 6. Impact Assessment Qualitative: Activities included fellowship, sharing of the word of God, vital signs check, lab investigations, O&G specialist consultations, ultrasound scanning, personal counselling and prayer, and free medications. Quantitative: • 44 pregnant women received antenatal care • ≈200 children received free deworming tablets • 3 non-pregnant women received treatment • 1 child received treatment Total individuals attended: **≈250** 7. Vital Summary Statistics • Vital signs were checked for all pregnant women; those with concerns were identified for appropriate intervention. • Women received blood and urine screening where required. • All received personal consultations with doctors. • Free medications given to all. • Women needing referrals were highlighted and follow-up steps initiated. 8.
